There can be several reasons to this issue. Please check the following:
1. Did the clip-on light up green? If not, please try pairing again.
2. Are the tapes crossing any sensor lines? If yes, please readjust or select a smaller size product.
3. Do you have WiFi or 3G/4G/5G connection on your application? If not, please go to an area with WiFi or contact your local IT to reactivate the WiFi.
4. None of the above? Please check the gateway: is the power socket correctly plugged in? If yes, does it show green lights? Is the Ethernet cable correctly plugged in?
